The Nike Air Max series has been a physical representation of the brand’s ethos, known for its groundbreaking significance and timeless age. Reminiscent of Nike’s historic run in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s, the Air Max Pre-Day is gliding on Air towards its debut.
In its first iteration, the newest member to the historic family combines together modern values with retro style. The pair emphasizes Nike’s move towards sustainability, as the Pre-Day was produced with over 20% recycled materials. In fact, the upper is 100% recycled polyester, while the outsole is 13% Nike Grind Rubber. Along the side profile, the fully visible Air unit is identical to the one used for Air Max 1s and Air Max 90s.
Decreasing the bulk between the Air unit and the foot, this looks to be one of the most comfortable Air Maxes yet.
The Nike Air Max Pre-Day is dropping on March 26 through Nike SNKRS for $130. What are your thoughts on the latest Air Max silhouette? Let us know on social media.
