Nike’s Air Max Tailwind 4 Joins the “Nippon Pack”

Along with the Air Max Triax 96, the Air Max Tailwind 4 is set to join Nike’s upcoming “Nippon Pack.”

Acting as an homage to the multifaceted country of Japan, the Nike Air Max Tailwind 4 “Nippon” features a white leather and mesh upper accented with red circles, a clear tribute the national flag of Japan. Elsewhere the tongue, ankle, lining, and Air Bubbles are dressed in the same burgundy shade. Additional details include the translucent plastic pieces on the sides and heel, as well as the gold contrasting accents found on the eyestays, mini Swooshes, and outlining the side panels.
