A successor to the Air Max Light circa 1989, Nike’s Air Max Light2 effectively broke the mold where running sneakers were concerned.
Originally released in 1994 and featuring a Duralon outsole, phylon midsole and reflective piping, the beloved gem is set for a retro run next year with a long-awaited OG due for a refresher.
Returning from the depths of the often revisited ’90s is the Nike Air Max2 Light “Blue Lagoon” edition. A light-colored palette that draws comparisons to the Miami Dolphins football franchise given its white, teal and orange makeup, the style’s vibrancy also lends to the colorful culture on South Beach.
The Nike Air Max2 Light “Blue Lagoon” is expected at select Swoosh accounts early next year.
