The “Eggplant” version of the Nike Air Penny III has finally begun to hit stores. Penny Hardaway’s classic Air Foamposite One retroed in this color in 2009 and again earlier this year, bringing the Varsity Purple foam look to the forefront of sneaker culture. This pair will look to do the same.
White tumbled leather provides a neutral canvas for the Foam to contrast against, while black accents appear throughout. Details include the mirror finish on the Penny heel emblem, as well as the white-on-white Swoosh. These will be available widely soon if they haven’t hit your local retailer just yet.
