Nike has unveiled the Nike Air Sesh earlier this week which is Nike’s performance sneaker for dancers which is designed by Tinker Hatfield himself. There are three launch colorways of the Nike Air Sesh which are all Nike Cortez-inspired and we get a detailed look at the Black/White colorway dropping later this year.

The sneaker features Black pebbled leather on the upper with a smooth White Swoosh on the lateral side and a subdued reverse Swoosh on the medial side in Black. The Air Sesh features Cushlon in the midsole for out-of-the-box comfort and a Zoom unit in the heel for extra impact protection without sacrificing responsiveness. The midsole is extremely flexible to adapt to a dancer’s movement with two rubber compounds utilized on the outsole. The medial side features a smoother, slippery rubber for the ability to slide and glide and the lateral side uses a stickier rubber for grip and traction when needed.

The Nike Air Sesh will drop later this year on Nike.com and at select retailers for $110. Check out the official photos below and stay tuned to our Sneaker Release Dates page for any updates on the drop date.
