Nike’s Air Tailwind “Denim” Is a Clean Summer Option

With the warmer months just around the corner, Nike is building upon its lauded footwear arsenal, having just introduced the Air Tailwind “Denim.”

The retro silhouette forgoes its usual palette for an upper constructed from hairy suede and denim overlays dressed in indigo tones. The denim fabric follows through onto the vamp, eyestays and a portion of the quarter panel, whilst the hairy suede is placed at the mudguards and heel counter. Contrasting hits of orange can be found on the Swoosh branding on the tongue tab and “Nike” logo on the heel counter. This all sits atop a white midsole and black waffle outsole.

The Nike Air Tailwind “Denim” is available now at select Nike retailers and nike.com for $100. In other news, Nike’s latest Air Max 95 pays homage to Korea.
