While Nike is leaning heavily on the Moc and Laceless versions of the VaporMax heading into the final days of the holiday season, a new Chukka Slip edition appears to have its sights set on dominating winter.
Of mid-cut construction with a textile piece overlaying a knitted base, VaporMax tooling remains customary below while a leather patch maneuvers the heel. Swoosh branding appears on the shoe’s shroud-like top layer joined by a sock-like ankle collar for a laceless aesthetic.
Pairs of the Nike Air VaporMax Chukka Slip “Black” will be available on December 20 at select shops like Sneaker Politics.
