| Although other Nike basketball shoes such as the Hyperize and the Hypermax seem to be receiving the most attention, other basketball sneakers are beginning to make their presence felt. With that said, many people have been awaiting clearer photos of the Nike Blue Chip II.
This particular Blue Chip II was made specifically for Lisa Leslie in honor of the yearly “Think Pink” campaign. If you recall, Nike paid tribute to the aforementioned campaign last year in the form of the Nike Hyperdunk “Think Pink”. Lisa Leslie’s Blue Chip II obviously owns a predominately purple/yellow colorway seeing that she is still a member of the Los Angeles Sparks; however, pink accents are noticeable on the border of the swoosh, the collar and on the Kay Yow Cancer Fund logo which is located on the heel panel.
