Nike Basketball and Devin Booker continue to cook on the Nike Book 1 as the Swoosh created a special colorway in the commemorative Nike Book 1 “Gold Medal” PE.
As Booker aided Team USA in its gold medal victory over France in the 2024 Paris Olympics, the Phoenix Suns guard wore a patriotic version of his debut signature shoe which debuted at the start of the 2023 NBA season and continues its momentum with upcoming colorways, such as the “Cortez” Nike Book 1 and the “Sunset” Nike Book 1 arriving in 2025.
The Nike Book 1 arrived in patriotic fashion with a predominantly navy upper on the shoe’s leather and canvas twill mixture. A clean all-white midsole and outsole combination added to the pair’s simplicity. And finally, living up to its name, a metallic gold textured Swoosh adorned the Book 1, ensuring it would stand out on the game’s grandest stage.
As of now, the pair isn’t expected to have a retail release and will remain a Player Exclusive (PE) for Booker.
