Earlier last summer, images of Devin Booker’s Nike Book 1 signature silhouette began to surface. After receiving peeks at a bold orange option and a sleek monochromatic “Cool Grey” color scheme, a “Light Orewood Brown” colorway has surfaced.

The upcoming low-top Nike Book 1 “Light Orewood Brown” opts for a neutral color palate comprising the titular hue alongside sesame, baroque brown, and sail. The nuanced shades are predominately featured on the pair’s mixed textile upper, comprising supple fabrics and supple nubuck overlays; even the Air Zoom-equipped midsole unit follows in the tonal look. Furthering the storytelling, the pull tab on the heel is inspired by the spine of an actual book and spotlights Booker’s year of birth, “96”. Lastly, bold orange elevates the Book tongue branding and insoles.
