Nike helped usher in the first wave of the athleisure movement with their introduction of Tech Fleece. Prominent on sweats and tops the same, Nike eventually positioned the material on sneakers like the Air Huarache and Sock Dart. Now the fabric plays a central role in the NSW driven City Loop silhouette.
Shaped and possibly inspired by the elder design specifications of the Air Huarache Light, the shoe highlights a heathered grey Tech Fleece upper joined by a black mudguard that wraps the base. Overlaying rope laces continue the look inspired by Huarache footprints resting cozy atop a blacked out midsole.
