Nike at its very core is a problem-solving company. Much of what they’ve accomplished over decades is leapfrogging obstacles athletes face on a daily basis. Performance footwear is at the center of it all, making the modern Zoom Fly series one of their most important in years.

Growing the collection next month is the Nike Zoom Fly Flyknit. Much like the newly unveiled Nike Zoom VaporFly 4% Flyknit, the greatest accomplishment here is joining new running technology with industry-defining Flyknit fabrication.

React foam cushions each stride in the Zoom Fly Flyknit which of course also benefits from the lightweight goodness of its knitted upper. In greater context, the cushioning system is heightened by a full-length carbon-fiber plate that offers a balanced stabilizer working in tandem with React.

While much of this is a deviation from the overarching Nike Zoom VaporFly 4%, it all works to coincide with each runner’s uniqueness. The Nike Zoom Fly Flyknit will debut in an alluring black primary with contrasting orange and red hues. Pairs will be available at select Swoosh accounts and Nike.com on September 13.
