With the field set for the College Football Playoffs, the proverbial giant that is Nike has to be enthused about each team participating being a Nike based program. Furthermore, with the football season reaching its climatic levels, Nike has unveiled the latest installment to its Vapor Untouchable series, by unleashing the Nike Vapor Untouchable II.

Promoting itself as the lightest cleat on the market, this innovative silhouette boasts a carbon-fiber plate built for multidirectional movement, along with Nike’s Flyweave technology canvassing the upper. Developed utilizing 3D printing and FEA software, this model has been constructed to optimize athletic performance and minimize stress points that can cause negative feedback.

The Nike Vapor Untouchable II will be debuted by the University of Oregon in its bowl game and furthermore during the College Football Playoffs and eventual Super Bowl within the NFL. As for a retail release, Nike has it slated for January of 2016.
