The Nike Free Alt Closure Run is a take off of the Nike Air Kukini from 2000. The Air Kukini was not well received upon its initial release, though it is considered a cult classic of sorts. The Free Alt Closure Run replaces the original midsole on the Kukini that featured a single visible Air unit with a flexible Nike Free 3.0 sole. Lightweight Hyperfuse material lies across the updated upper, while a rubber overlay provides substantial foot security. The Nike Free Alt Closure Run Pack includes two all-new colorways and is available now at select retailers. What are your thoughts on this modified sneaker?
