Labor Day marked the unofficial end of summer, and Nike is wasting no time transitioning into a fall mindset. Built for late-year training sessions, the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 Mid Shield has officially made its debut. Following in their recent sneaker trend of ‘less is more,’ Nike once again designed this trainer to move naturally with the foot, without sacrificing any strength or durability.

The Mid Shield combines a mesh upper with enforced polyurethane support with a Phylon midsole and Nike Free 3.0 technology. A pliable cage-like upper creates a custom sock-like fit, and durable ripstop material in the collar window and tongue help waterproof the shoe so that you can train in all conditions. Rolled out in a black and volt color combination, the Free Trainer 3.0 Mid Shield is both productive and stylish.
