Trevor Ariza’s offseason switch to Houston was one of the move talked about moves of the past Summer, though it was more because it meant the Lakers were acquiring wild man Ron Artest. Still, a new city and new team meant new kicks for Ariza, who was gifted these Huarache 2010 PEs by Nike.
Black leather is used along the sides of the upper and around the toe, while red textured neoprene forms the remainder and the sock liner. A white and red sole can be found on the underside for support. The tongue has also been personalized to read “Tajh,” the name of Ariza’s younger brother, who died in a car accident in 1996. Trevor also named his oldest son Tajh as a tribute.
