With a professional league and courts literally everywhere, the Philippines is a basketball crazed nation. Wanting to pay homage to the country’s love for basketball, the Swoosh created the Nike Hyperdunk Low 2017 “Manila.” The technically advanced low top basketball sneaker is inspired by Manila’s Tenement Court Taguig, the most famous court in the country’s capital city.
To represent the concrete nature of the court, the sneaker sports a light gray colorway with hints of peach-colored orange. The sun of the Philippines flag is embroidered on the back heel.
The Nike Hyperdunk Low 2017 “Manila” will be released in August.
