Ditching the Flywire technology as seen on the previous model, the Hypermax featured an ankle strap along with Zoom Air cushioning throughout the outsole as seen with the visible, full-length air bubble.
This silhouette would be sported by premier power forwards such as Carlos Boozer and Chris Bosh. In addition, notable team takes were crafted for various collegiate programs such as Butler University.
