There have been a multitude of releases for the 45th anniversary of the Nike Cortez and one of the latest is specifically for women. Inspired by Jamaican Olympic medalist Elaine Thompson, the Nike Cortez Classic “Beautiful x Powerful” is an ideal summer version of the iconic silhouette.
Featuring a white perforated leather upper with little details of gold, this Cortez also has Thompson’s signature on the insoles. Her 2016 Summer Olympics winning times in the 200 meters and 100 meters are etched on the lace tips.
