Durant Heads to The 40 Acres

During the early stages of 2006, Kevin Durant was regarded as being one of best the prep talents since LeBron James. With Durant’s captivating length and effortless perimeter exploits, Durant was sought after by every premier college basketball program in the country. However, the Maryland native migrated south, as he would help lead the Texas Longhorns to a NCAA tournament berth during the 2006-2007 season. While his appearance within the tourney would be short lived, Durant would subsequently leave his mark on UT hoops.
