Nike Basketball Officially Unveils The Nike KD 15

Kevin Durant‘s signature sneaker with Nike has been a performance beast as more and more tech is featured on the Nike KD series and we get an official look at the 15th signature sneaker for KD dropping later this year.

KD wanted to return to the lower cut sneaker, like some of his previous models and takes inspiration from the Nike Jet Flight. The sneaker uses a multi-layered mesh on the base of the sneaker in navy and blue with the heel counter seen in black. The tongue features colorful basketball-themed graphics throughout with KD’s logo seen in a vibrant pink. The medial and lateral sides of the sneaker feature black TPU wings which are used to contain the foot with a pastel yellow Swoosh, ditching the midfoot strap that was seen on the sneaker previously. The black midsole features a full-length Zoom strobel setup with a multidirectional navy outsole finishing off the sneaker.
