Affectionally designed as Kevin Durant’s postseason shoe, the Nike KD 9 Elite returns today in a non-traditional colorway that couldn’t be further from Warriors yellow and blue.
This “Racer Pink” edition also sidesteps the annual “Aunt Pearl” tribute, maneuvering an alternate shade of pink in Flyknit construction with Swoosh branding outlined in orange. Full length Zoom Air resides below while the bold lacing system punctuates the look alongside notations to Durant’s mom Wanda.
The Nike KD 9 Elite “Racer Pink” is due out on May 15 at Nike.
