Before Kevin Durant got to the NBA, skeptics thought the scrawny Texas Ex wouldn’t be able to translate his skill to the next level. The Maryland-native has proven all doubters wrong this year, exploding to a new level of stardom. His Longhorns have done just the opposite unfortunately, but have still been blessed with this university-inspired version of the Nike KD II.
Set to hit stores the 27th, this shoe features a predominantly white leather upper, with hits of Texas’ signature burnt orange throughout. Patent leather is used for the midfoot strap, liner, tongue and midsole. On the mesh tongue, a “TEXAS” tag can be seen in block lettering on this Kevin Durant shoe.
