Set to a floral finish, the Nike KD VI “Aunt Pearl” is the latest Kevin Durant sneaker to pay homage to his late aunt. Forever close to KD, Aunt Pearl encouraged a young Durant to follow his dreams before passing from lung cancer in 2000. This tribute colorway launches in conjunction with the Kay Yow Foundation, providing proceeds for cancer research and sporting the foundation’s logo on the silo’s tongue. Look for the Nike KD VI “Aunt Pearl” to release on February 27th at Nike.
