The Nike Kobe 4 Protro Suits up in Exotic “Snakeskin”

Earlier this summer Nike relaunched its Kobe line in celebration of Kobe Bryant’s legacy and his beloved performance basketball line. As part of the latest releases is this “Snakeskin” Nike Kobe 4 Protro.

Taking inspiration from the Black Mamba himself, this offering sports a predominately black upper elevated with faux snakeskin accents on the toe box and tongue. Contrasting university gold and aurora green arrive on the embroidered Swoosh outlines, top eyelet and front portion of the outsole. Lastly, Kobe’s signature emblazoned on the TPU heel counter, Kobe’s emblem in black on the tongue and his number “24” debossed on the heels help round out the final design cues.
