Kobe Bryant‘s new Nike Kobe 9 is slated for a “design meets art” reveal next week, but the Nike Kobe 8 isn’t going anywhere. The newest style code of the low-top hoop shoe comes in the form of the Nike Kobe 8 “Mine Grey”, a subtle model with a quiet bite. A mine grey base is dressed in Pit Viper print with dark grey scales mixed in, flowing into an outsole of the same hue. Court purple provides the featured contrasting color, making up the Swoosh, tongue, laces and speckled midsole. University red pops on the speckles and glossy heel clip, as well as on the tongue’s KB24 symbol to give this new colorway a little bit of flare. Tell us your thoughts on the “Mine Grey” Nike Kobe 8 in the comment box at the bottom of the page, and strike a pair on November 30th at select Nike Basketball retail outlets.
