Whether you like it or not, reselling is pretty much engrained in sneaker culture today but Nike Korea is trying to change that. According to Korea Biz Wire, Nike Korea is implementing new terms and conditions to ban purchases for reselling starting this month.
The terms and conditions now indicate that returns or refunds will be turned down if they believe the purchase was made for reselling and Nike has the right to cancel orders that are suspected to be made using bots/macro functions.
These revised terms and conditions look to be going after resellers that use bots and go after products in large quantities rather than the one-off transaction between individuals or platforms.
What are your thoughts? Is this going to crack down on resellers? Will this policy eventually come Stateside? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram.
