At the top of last month, Forbes revealed the top-selling performance basketball sneakers of 2017. Leading the pack was LeBron James with his Nike LeBron 15. In second position was James’ former teammate and Swoosh brethren, Kyrie Irving.
Last year was a hallmark campaign for Irving and his signature collection. Anchored by his incredible regular season, his upcoming feature film, Uncle Drew, the Kyrie 4 and the introduction of the Nike Kyrie Flytrap offshoot, Kyrie’s 2017 and the start of his 2018 stand as the point guard’s most visible and successful public season. To add to his growing list of assets, next month Nike will release the very-first low-top edition of his signature collection.
According to DTLR’s release calendar, the Nike Kyrie 4 Low will make its debut on July 15. Pricing is set at $120. Images of the shoe haven’t yet surfaced, but much like James’ aforementioned signature collection, a low-top version in summer is ideal for outdoor runs and warm weather breathability.
Stay tuned for more details on the Nike Kyrie 4 Low ahead of its release this July.
