Today we have a first look at the upcoming Nike LeBron 15, LeBron James’ 15th signature model with Nike Basketball due out later this year.
Like many of James’ signature models in the past, the LeBron 15 continues down a path of technological greatness. The shoe’s knitted upper has been deemed BattleKnit, a new innovation seen for the first time on this sneaker. It’s a textured weave that allows the knit fabrication to leap from the upper, protruding outward altering the shoe’s profile. BattleMax is what you see below, serving as visibly compartmentalized Zoom Air units that bolster the base with comfort and stability.
The Nike LeBron 15 was designed by Jason Petrie, who’s played a pivotal role in James’ signature collection anchoring nine of its designs including secondary styles like the ever popular Soldier.
