After the re-release of the Nike LeBron 8 this past year looks like Nike is moving in 10-year increments for the LeBron series retros and we get an official look at the upcoming retro of the Nike LeBron 9 “Watch The Throne”.

The Nike LeBron 9 “Watch The Throne” was made for friends and family of LeBron James and takes inspiration from the joint album from Jay-Z and Kanye West with its Givenchy-inspired colorway and design.

The standout feature is the large gold lace dubrae inspired by the Watch The Throne album cover and the exotic print that’s seen on the laces and liner of the sneaker. Black mesh makes up the majority of the upper with metallic gold accents, and Flywire and Fuse overlays for lockdown and durability on high wear areas. The sneaker uses Zoom Air in the forefoot with a large Air Max unit in the heel, and a translucent outsole to finish off the sneaker.
