Torch is finally making its debut in various Nike models to start 2010. We took a full look at this new material in an Air Force 1 and an Air Maxim 1, and also in the Lunar Hyper-Ventilate. What we’re seeing here is another colorway of the latter shoe, done in a LIVESTRONG-esque colorway. This shoe was designed for footballers (“soccer players” here in the States) to wear after practice and games for ultimate comfort. The Lunarlite sole is done completely in Varsity Maize, and includes Nike+ technology. The upper’s done in black completely. The mesh weave material that covers the shoe’s Torch infrastructure matches up with nubuck on the heel, Swoosh and midfoot. These have hit select retailers, but are available online at Kix-Files. |
