Nike continues to push its suitability efforts, this time focussing on its lauded Mercurial range. The latest model to join the aforementioned football boot lineage is the Mercurial Vapor Next Nature, which is crafted from at least 50% recycled content by weight.

The sustainable Mercurial Vapor Next Nature aims to improve athlete performance while additionally helping to protect the planet and the future of sport.

The performance-driven football boot is made from a 100% recycled plate and a four-layer upper crafted from a mix of Flyprint, recycled poly, recycled TPU, and skin manufacturing scraps. Moreover, the boot’s chassis, heel counter, and midsole plate are also made from 100% recycled materials from manufacturing waste.

Nike’s Mercurial Vapor Next Nature will additionally impact the sportswear giant’s future Mercurial offerings, seeing as the label will introduce more models this fall with at least 20% recycled content. Keep it locked to our Release Dates Calendar for updates.
