The classic Nike Bruin in SB form was chosen as Complex’s #9 Sneaker of 2009. Many of you disagreed, naturally. But even if you did, you can’t deny the appeal of a simple and clean colorway in any shoe, which is what we see here in this navy and red sneaker. Navy blue suede is draped from toe to heel on these, with matching stitching throughout. White laces pair up with the vulcanized sole, while a red leather Swoosh matches up with the liner. These may not be the same as the blue Bruins DJ Clark Kent highly praises in the above video, but we’re sure he’d appreciate this darker shade of blue. These are out now so if you happen to appreciate them, your local SB dealer should have these. |
