The Nike SB Dunk Low Is Set To Drop In June For Pride Month

Nike is set to continue its annual “Be True” series that celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community. In 2021, the collection included a Nike Blazer Low and Nike Air Max Pre Day. The Nike SB Dunk Low “Be True” kicks off this year’s collection, with hopefully another silhouette being offered as well.

This Nike SB Dunk Low takes a new approach to rainbow, as this Pride sneaker has more of a laid-back aesthetic. The details on this sneaker is where the Pride elements shine, as the upper has a white upper that wears away which reveals bright hues on different panels of the sneaker, making for an innovative approach to Pride’s traditional rainbow colorway. This sneaker even comes equipped with its own stash pocket which zips around the tongue. Other Pride details are seen on the “BE TRUE” motif, which is embroidered on the heel counter in rainbow. Other ROYGBIV hints are seen on the rainbow stitching and gradient details on the tongue, heel tabs, insole, and outsole.
