The sport of UFC was solidified as a ?big deal? when word of Jon Jones receiving a global endorsement from Nike. Unbeknownst to most, Anderson Silva?had been sponsored by the Swoosh on a regional level. That deal has been increased to a global deal. His manager, Ed Soares, says, ? The best of the best have always had some sort of affiliation with Nike, and I think the brand fits Anderson better than any other MMA athlete in the world.? Fan know Silva has been dominant for quite a while. It seems with Jones and Silva both on the roster, Nike is creating a powerhouse in yet another sport.
