Where to Buy Nike Terminator High “Spelman College”

Along with this iteration paying homage to Atlanta’s Morehouse College, Nike is also rolling out more Terminator High colorways dedicated to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

This time around Spelman College, known as the oldest Black women’s institution in the U.S., is getting the spotlight. The high-top silhouette, which was originally released in 1985, sports a sleek leather base and hairy suede overlays in a cool light grey hue. The pair is elevated with icy blue university hits on the leather profile Swooshes, forefoot “1881” branding, tongue trim, liner and laces.

Details further paying homage to the school include the Spelman Hymn excerpt, “Thy Name We Praise”, emblazoned on the heels, as well as the school’s emblem on the tongue tags. On the laces, “Undaunted By The Fight” is emblazoned while “A Choice to Change the World” is hidden behind the tongues. Lastly, the icy blue outsole and insole are highlighted with royal blue pawprints.
