Kobe Bryant has his mind set on a major milestone. Just 77 points– or potentially two games– away from passing Michael Jordan on the NBA’s All-Time Leading Scorers List, Nike Basketball has announced on twitter that they will unveil and launch a new pair of Kobe kicks once the Mamba reaches the mark.
While the blanked-out low top silo could likely be the Nike Kobe 9 EM or Kobe 9 Elite Low, we certainly think it’d be a good time to kickoff the Nike Kobe X campaign. To add to the excitement, Nike Basketball tagged NIKEiD in the photo. For those keeping track at home, recent models like the KYRIE 1 and Air Max 2015 have both launched on NIKEiD before hitting the market in inline colorways.
