Strengthening the culture that began with the Nike Air Trainer 1, the MetCon 1 offers maximum versatility through a wealth of technical updates including breathable abrasion-resistant mesh and Dynamic Flywire construction. A dual-density midsole aids in the many complementary aspects of the training shoe while a high-density rubber outsole does the same through ensuring greater stability.
