Nike UK is readying a new overseas exclusive set to make all Stateside enthusiasts contemplate a trip to Europe. Their “GMT” pack, featuring reformed iterations of the Air Max 98 and Zoom Spiridon, takes inspiration from, and draw reference to, Longitude Zero — the Greenwich marker on the Prime Meridian.
The pack’s primary focus is the redefined 20th anniversary Air Max 98, which appears in white and Metallic Gold with a branded “Air Max” leather cut out on the medial siding. The Zoom Spiridon is no slouch either, done up in a clean white base with maroon overlays. References to the meridian are highlighted via the embroidered “00:00” on the toebox.
