Today Nike officially unveils the LunarElite Sky Hi Sneakerboot. Designed specifically for women, the LunarElite Sky Hi Sneakerboot features a unique and unlikely blend of a fashionable wedge sneaker with inspiration from one of Nike’s oldest racing flats from 1976—the Elite—with the Zoom Flight the Glove from 1998. Designed by Dylan Raasch (creator of the Roshe Run), the LunarElite Sky Hi sits atop the exaggerated Lunarlon wedge sole of the original LunarElite Sky Hi, but receives a reinforced upper for the Sneakerboot edition, utilizing a neoprene shroud to hold in heat and repel water.
