Coming off the heels of Nike Korea announcing new terms and conditions to combat bots and resellers, the Wall Street Journal has reported that a similar policy is coming stateside as well.
The terms and conditions now give Nike the right to cancel orders, charge restocking fees, impose purchase quantity limits, decline to issue refunds or take returns, deny access to any Nike store, and/or suspend or close any account they deem were intended for reselling or orders placed through bots.
The full terms and conditions can be found here. What are your thoughts on these new policies? Is this really going to cut down on resellers? Let us know on Twitter and Instagram.
