Big 12 newcomers West Virginia have received new uniforms for the upcoming NCAA football season. The West Virginia Mountaineers and Nike unveiled their new jerseys this past weekend at the Gold-Blue spring game. The uniforms feature the fully integrated system where the athlete?s baselayer works in unison with the entire uniform. Light weight padding is developed into the ?hit zones? with flywire technology in the neckline to make the uniform lighter. Also, increased sleeve articulation provides more movement with the arms for better range of motion. Finally, the jerseys are embroidered with Montani Semper Liberi, Latin for Mountaineers are Always Free.
