Returning to his former city and team last night for a game that, statistically, didn’t mean much for the Golden State Warriors, Kevin Durant still poured in 34 points in the midst of thunderous boo’s from the Oklahoma City faithful. During the Warriors 111-107 victory, Durant laced up his Nike “What The” KDX that released today at select Foot Locker House of Hoops locations.
The shoe itself rings true to the time-honored “What The” theme which dates back to the beloved Nike KD IV. Multiple themes from the KDX line appear on the vibrant shoe, including the “Aunt Pearl,” “Multicolor,” the “Santa Monica” and the “City Edition.” Flyknit construction maintains its central role in the model that is available today at three House of Hoops locations — Harlem, the San Fransisco Center and Serramonte Center in Daily City, California.
Wider release details for the Nike “What The” KDX have not yet been announced.
