As retro tennis sneakers continue to emerge as a viable option for performance and function, Nike closes the vault momentarily to bring forth new innovation in sport. Today they introduce the Nike Zoom Cage 2 – a tennis shoe that pairs extreme durability with lightweight support and a glove-like fit. The low-cut model implements Nike Drag-On material which provides strong lateral support for court sliding, while an encapsulated Zoom Air bag in the heel which heightens cushioning and comfort. Also equipped with a 3 mm rubber midsole and 6 mm outer for added support, the Nike Zoom Cage 2 is available on January 14 at Nike.com.
