A couple of months ago, Nike unveiled its innovative and upgraded Zoom Huarache Trainer, a sneaker that garnered a lot of positive feedback from the sneaker community. It’s improved performance attributes, such as a dual density inner core, non-stitched D-Ring strap and enlarged side panel voids for breathability, give this shoe an all-purpose appeal. Besides its performance elements, Nike worked closely with Arizona Cardinals superstar Larry Fitzgerald on special, themed colorways for this sneaker that are sure to be instantly purchased by many when they release. If you recall, DC rapper Wale was spotted wearing this particular Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer at a party a couple of months ago. It has been labeled the “Green Hornet” and borrows the color scheme of the masked superhero. The Green Hornet was known for having superior hand-to-hand combat; therefore, Nike likened Larry Fitzgerald’s ability to rid his defender (using his hands) when getting jammed at the line to the superhero’s obvious strengths.
