| Before the release of the Nike Zoom Kobe IVs last season, a lot of skeptics doubted that a low-top basketball shoe would sell, even if backed by one of the world’s best players. But with the release of yet another Zoom Kobe IV Team, seen here in a blue/white makeup, it looks like the skeptics have been proven wrong yet again.
Available in October, these IV’s feature the ever-popular Flywire technology in blue, as well as more blue on the heel. Kobe’s signature jumps off all that royal in bright silver, and the Black Mamba’s number 24 still appears on the back. Kobe’s own logo is seen again on the tongue, in a contrasting blue over white. Nike may have labeled this one a “Team” shoe, but with all this Kobe branding, it won’t be easy to forget whose sneakers you’re playing in.
