Adverse Circumstances
The Nike Zoom Revis was slated to release in December of 2012, however, Nike and Revis would hit a bit of a snag as Darrelle would tear his ACL in a late season matchup against the Miami Dolphins in October of 2012. With his Jets future suddenly in question, the Nike Zoom Revis still released to solid commercial appeal despite Revis’ offseason trade to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With its wide ranging colorways and exclusive PE’s the Nike Zooom Revis became a fan favorite to many, despite Revis having yet to rock this model during an NFL game.
