Nike, through Jordan Brand, broke the mold last year with its Paris Saint-Germain partnership. With potent collaborative sneaker and apparel releases, they effectively realigned what sports partnerships represent. They no longer only serve as on-field performance aids for athletes, but savvy, functional and collectible art pieces for the masses.
Ongoing as the partnership will span years, today a preview of the PSG x Nike Epic React 2 has been revealed. The shoe takes direct reference from the teams 2015-16 Champions League kit, colored largely in black with vibrant pink secondary contrasts. Flyknit canvasses much of the low-cut performance runner which, of course, sits atop of bed of React cushioning. A PSG logo closes the look at the tongue.
Take a first look at the PSG Epic React 2 below and expect the release later this spring.
