This style is known as the Charlie Mud Cloth Edition, featuring vintage indigo mud cloths on the upper, which are sourced from Mali in Africa. This textile is carefully woven on a narrow strip loom, then stitched by hand and dyed in indigo, while creating the fabric’s distressed tone throughout. Lastly, a clean white contrast on the toecap and midsole is accented with tan leather accents around the heel collar to complete the heritage appeal.
