The NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Certified Lover Boy” Returns

The wait is almost over as Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Certified Lover Boy” is releasing soon.

Though Drake’s Certified Lover Boy dropped last fall, sneakerheads are waiting for the commemorative white-on-white Nike Air Force 1 to celebrate the project as a release date has been confirmed.

Despite initial rumors of a canceled release, the NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Certified Lover Boy” is releasing in December. Speculation of the shoe’s cancellation rose after mentions that the hearts on the shoe’s outsole were difficult to mass produce.

Drake’s love for AF1s has been no secret, thus it comes as no surprise that the silhouette was chosen to celebrate his sixth studio album. Classic “Triple White” tones traverse the premium tumbled leather upper, while the “AIR” text on the heel is replaced with a cursive “Love You Forever” in the ode of the LP. A heart-studded outsole completes the design with the sneaker coming with removable aglets on the lace tips and a set of blue dice featuring numbers and letters.
